The history of LEPL Vocational College "Modus" begins in 1958. From this period, a vocational school operated in Rustavi, on Bostankalaki Street. In 1987, it separated from the metallurgy plant and was named Rustavi's 3rd Vocational School.
In 2005, the school's legal status changed again, and it became Rustavi Vocational "Lyceum", and from 2007 to 2008, it functioned as "Rustavi Vocational Training Center". In 2006-2007, the Vocational Training Center underwent complete rehabilitation and was equipped with modern equipment and machinery. Also, new educational programs were added in accordance with labor market demands.
In 2008, the school was granted the status of a vocational college, and it has been operating in Rustavi under its current name - "LEPL College Modus" - since March 6, 2019.
In 2014, the college underwent its first institutional authorization within the existing space as a "Vocational Educational Institution" and has since been adding vocational educational programs in various directions annually.
